Digital Products – No Refund Policy

  • Once a product has been purchased and the download or access link has been opened, it is considered delivered and used.

  • Due to the intangible nature of digital goods, we maintain a strict no refund and no cancellation policy.

Why No Refunds?

Digital products, once delivered, cannot be returned in the same condition as physical goods. To protect our intellectual property and ensure fairness, we do not offer refunds after purchase.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may only be considered if:

  • You are charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error.

  • You did not receive the digital product within 24 hours of purchase (and have verified that the issue is not due to incorrect email or spam folder settings).
